What is Evermore?
Evermore enables you to continue expressing your love to those closest to you, even after you are gone. We hope that this will provide comfort to your family, and piece of mind to you.
How does Evermore work?
Setting up your Gift Plan is simple and personal.
First, you choose the type of gift you’d like to send — such as flowers or hampers — along with the frequency and how many years you’d like it to continue.
Next, we’ll get in touch so you can tell us who should receive each gift, and on which dates — such as birthdays, anniversaries, or Christmas.
You’ll then set up an activation method, ensuring the service begins at the right time, whether that’s soon or further in the future.
Once everything is in place, we take care of the rest — delivering your gifts exactly as planned, so your love is felt after you are gone
What if I want to set up multiple recipients?
Setting up multiple recipients is simple. Just create a separate Gift Plan for each person and add them to your basket one at a time.
After you’ve placed your order, we’ll get in touch to gather the details — who each gift is for, and the dates you’d like them to be sent. We’ll make sure everything is set up exactly as you intended.
When will the gifts be delivered?
Gifts are delivered on the specific dates you choose — such as birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays.
You’ll tell us when each gift should arrive, and once your plan is activated, we’ll take care of the rest, making sure every delivery is sent right on time.
Can I change or cancel my plan after purchase?
Yes, absolutely.
If you need to make changes — to recipients, dates, or gift types — just get in touch and we will be happy to make any alterations. If the changes you make change the price of the Gift Plan, you can either pay the extra, or we will refund you the difference. You can also cancel your plan at any point before it’s activated.
How does activation work?
Activation ensures your Gift Plan starts at the right time — just after you have passed.
Once you’ve purchased your Gift Plan and set up the recipient(s), we’ll help you put an activation method in place. There are three options, and we recommend choosing two to ensure your plan is activated reliably and on time.
The 3 methods are:
1. Include an instruction in your willWe’ll provide a simple codicil — a legal add-on to your existing will — which includes a short instruction asking your executor to contact us when the time comes. It can be signed and stored alongside your will, and doesn’t require a solicitor (unless you’d prefer to involve one).
2. Sealed Letter
We’ll give you a sealed letter with clear instructions, which you can store alongside your important documents. When the time comes, whoever discovers it will know how to activate your Gift Plan.
3. Appoint 2 people to notify Evermore
You can nominate two people (ideally younger than you) to be your activation contacts. We’ll take their details and send them everything they need to notify us when the time is right.
What happens if my recipient moves or changes address?
You can update your recipient’s details at any time before your plan is activated.
Once the plan is active, each delivery will include a small card with our contact information, allowing the recipient to notify us if they ever move. That way, we can continue sending your gifts to the right place, exactly as you intended.
How do I set up the details of the recipient?
Once you’ve purchased your Gift Plan, we’ll contact you to gather the recipient’s details — including their name, delivery address, and the dates you’d like gifts to be sent.
You don’t need to have everything ready when you place your order. We’ll guide you through the process and make sure everything is set up exactly as you want it to be.
You can make changes at any point before your plan is activated.
What happens if the recipient passes away within the time period of the gift plan?
When you set up your Gift Plan, you’ll also choose a preferred charity. This is just in case the plan can’t be completed — whether it’s cancelled, or if the recipient sadly passes away during the gift period.
In that case, a proportionate amount of what you paid will be donated to your chosen charity.
For example, if half of the plan has been completed — such as 10 years of a 20-year plan — the remaining balance (in this case, 50%) will be donated on your behalf.
It’s our way of ensuring that your kindness continues, one way or another.
