Nominee, recipient, or honouree information – where you nominate an individual to hold an activation code, or designate a recipient or honouree for a Gift Plan, we may collect their name, contact details, delivery address, relevant dates, and delivery preferences solely for administering and fulfilling the Gift Plan

children’s data is used only for administering the Gift Plan and not for marketing or unrelated purposes;
children’s data is deleted once the Gift Plan is complete, or earlier if requested, in accordance with our retention policy.
