Shipping policy
1. Delivery scheduling

After the purchase of a Gift Plan, the purchaser will provide the special dates on which gifts should be delivered.

Evermore will always aim to deliver on those dates. However, deliveries may occasionally arrive up to two (2) days before or after the intended date.
2. Delivery flexibility

If the recipient is unable to receive a delivery on the scheduled date (for example, due to being away on holiday), they may request a change of delivery date.

The recipient must notify Evermore of the requested change at least 10 days before the scheduled delivery date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, subject to operational capacity.
3. Delivery process

All deliveries are arranged by Evermore and fulfilled by trusted third-party couriers.

Deliveries are made to the most recent delivery address provided to Evermore. It is the purchaser’s and/or recipient’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details are accurate and kept up to date. Evermore may request reasonable proof of a new address before updating our records.
4. Substitution policy

We aim to deliver the exact products shown or described. However, where specific flowers, gifts, or packaging are unavailable, Evermore reserves the right to substitute with items of equal or greater value and similar style, while maintaining the overall quality of the arrangement.
5. Delivery outcomes

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the item in a safe place, with a neighbour, or provide instructions for redelivery/collection.

Couriers will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the delivery will be deemed fulfilled and no replacement or refund will be issued.

Evermore is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the courier, recipient unavailability, or incorrect delivery details provided to us.
6. Risk and title

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the recipient once the delivery has been made to the address provided.

Title to the products passes upon delivery.
7. Delivery charges

Delivery costs are included in the price of each Gift Plan. There are no additional delivery charges unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
8. External events

In rare cases, external events outside Evermore’s reasonable control (such as extreme weather, courier strikes, or supply shortages) may prevent or delay delivery. Where this occurs, we will make every effort to deliver as soon as reasonably possible, but Evermore is not liable for delays caused by such events.
